Gardner Glass Products warrants Dreamwalls® Marble Glass products against loss of functionality due to the deterioration or degradation of the patterned backing for a period of 5 years. Dreamwalls® Marble Glass Products are manufactured using Starphire® Ultra-Clear glass which meets ASTM C-1036 Standard and are subject to allowable defects as defined in the referenced specification.

Dreamwalls® Marble Glass products are intended to be used as final products, ready for installation, and are not intended be cut or fabricated after manufacture. Cutting and/or Fabrication of Dreamwalls® Marble Glass will void any and all warranties. Such voiding of warranty will be at the sole discretion of Gardner Glass Products, Inc. ® should cutting and fabrication be done to the product.

The use of incompatible products during installation and cleaning will void this warranty. In the unexpected event of product failure, Gardner Glass Products, Inc. ® will replace only the Dreamwalls® Marble Glass product. There will be no compensation for labor, raw materials, overhead expenses or any other loss incurred. This warranty applies only to the direct customer of Gardner Glass Products, Inc.® and does not extend to any other party. It will be the sole right and responsibility of Gardner Glass Products, Inc.® to determine the cause and responsibility for any claim against this warranty.
